The DMX Christmas Meme Is Here

Above is the video that started it all. In it, we find former rap star and current drug addled anthropomorphized canine, DMX, rap-singing the Christmas holiday classic, “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer”, and if we may, he’s amazing. Something about seeing the hardcore crackhead gangster singing a sweet tune like this is heart warming.

Below, we have what comes next: the DMX Christmas Meme. Unfortunately, it’s been a slow trickle so we’re going to ask you, the reader, to help us out and send us some great memes using X himself. Anything will do really. As long as they’re funny, we’ll post them. In the meantime, just keep playing that video over and over again, and feel your stone cold heart melt into the holiday spirit. No bahumbugging allowed!

As a bonus, check out the remix, which, as remixes tend to do, is better than the original:

Does Mistletoe Still Work?: BYU Students Do A Hilarious Survey Prank

Students at Brigham Young University in Utah conducted a “survey” *insert hard wink* in their library to see how many kisses they would get if some mistletoe just appeared out of nowhere, being cast down from the ceiling off of, what we’re assuming, is a fishing rod. Don’t quote us on that. The survey seems legit at first, pen, paper, questions, then things get real. It’s a good 4 minutes your laugh box won’t regret.

Knocked The F*ck Out!: Manny Pacquiao Takes Critical Loss In Welterweight Fight

Last night world renowned boxer Manny “Pac-Man” Pacquiao, from the Philippines, went head-to-head against Juan Manuel Marquez from Mexico, in a welterweight fight at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada for their 5th fight.

In the 6th round of the fight, where he was in the lead by technicalities, Pacquiao swung with a right hook, only to be countered with a forceful jab right in the kisser from Marquez that had the Pac-Man laid out face first on the ring floor for several moments, obviously leading to a KO.

Being that the result of this fight was essentially an upset, we all know how it goes when the mighty fall, which is why we’re here to bring you a series of funny ass memes that may brighten up this gloomy Sunday evening.
I feel better now, don’t you?

Meme: That’s That Sh*t He DO Like

I’m just gonna leave this little number here. When you’re done laughing read the rest, please.

Here at Brooklyn Brand we love memes. We also love hip-hop. What’s better than when the two are combined? It leads to comedic gold. Here we see Lil’ Reese and Chief Keef, two of Chicago’s newest spawns representers in their video “Traffic”, where you can catch the screenshot used for this clever piece of fine art at the 2:07 mark. I suppose that the meme is a play on how touchy-feely these guys and their crew can get whenever they’re around each other, regardless of how much they brag about their women, drugs, and guns. Compensation much? Anyways, take one last look at the glory that the internet gods have provided us with and go about your day laughing in your head. You’re welcome.

“You Got Some ‘Splainin’ To Do”

This is the second milk related post we’ve done in less than 24 hours, but how could we resists? This was spotted by Brooklyn singer/songwriter, Onome Om while at a local Goodwill store on 23rd street (hope that area is getting better post super storm Sandy relief).  Daddy shouldn’t be too mad. That young chocolate milk might grow up to be president… Anyways, let’s play a little caption game: Tell us in the comments what you think these two are saying to each other.

Food & Liquor

Some love to eat. Some love to drink. When we’re not doing those things the next best thing would be to watch other people eat and drink. That’s where the glory of YouTube comes in. If you haven’t already heard, Epicmealtime and Tipsybartender are a big hit. Mealtime takes entrees to the extreme, with a group of hungry ass dudes preparing a variety of enormous dishes filled with bacon, liquor and/or candy, etc. Bartender is a little more simple: black dude makes drinks, gorgeous girls drink them when he’s done. Both very entertaining.
