Watch| New Teaser Trailer "Star Trek Into Darkness"

Teaser trailers are so mean. (when they’re good)They titillate you into a lather of excitement over the impending movie and then you realize it wont come out until NEXT YEAR!! Argh! Thus is the case with the new teaser for the J.J. Abrams directed Star Treksequel, Star Trek: Into Darkness. The story has to do with the crew of the enterprise go back to earth to stop some sort of dangerous menace out for revenge. Pretty sure there’s more to it than that but, like we said, you’re going to have to wait until next year to see it.

Movie Trailer: Warm Bodies

Nowadays it seems setting stories of any kind, whether it’s movies, TV shows, books, porn, etc., in post-apocalyptic worlds is the current wave right now. Yes, I said wave. Moving on, Warm Bodies, stars Nicholas Hoult (X-Men Origins: First Class), Teresa Palmer (I Am Number Four), Rob Corddry (Children’s Hospital), and Dave Franco (21 Jump Street), a pretty nice cast, in a movie about a zombie (Hoult) who has a best friend (Corddry) and falls in love with a girl (Palmer), which is weird considering zombies are supposed to be dead and unfeeling, literally heartless. Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!: Deadpool Is Getting His Crack At Videogame Fame

Up until now, Deadpool has been kept in the back burner of Marvel’s team of super-powered protagonists. Between 1991 and about, let’s say, 2009, only hardcore comic fans would have any inkling of who this humorous homicidal maniac is. Since his appearances as the near-unstoppable, silent bad guy in 2009’s X-Men Origins: Wolverine, his usual loudmouth, havoc-wreaking self in 2011’s popular video game Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 (and among other minor video game roles), he’s been getting some shine and in late 2012/early 2013 our new favorite anti-hero will be getting the recognition he deserves with his own video game. Geeks everywhere are rejoicing. The only issue I have is the “Suck it Wolverine” jab he throws at the end of the trailer but we already know why he’s mad in the first place. View and enjoy:

"Black Dynamite" Becomes Adult Swim Cartoon

It took two years for the folks behind the blaxsploitation spoof, “Black Dynamite,” to turn the 2009 film into a cartoon raunchy enough for the Adult Swim audience. Well, somebody better warn all those jive turkeys out there because “Black Dynamite: The Animated Series” is about to drop.

While we’ll have to wait until July 15 to watch the full premiere; you can check out the brand new hilarious trailer now. All the original actors from the movie are back to voice their characters in the cartoon, including the movies co-writer Micheal Jai White, Tommy Davidson, and Kim Whitley.

The animation sort of looks like a cross between the humor and look of The Boondocks with the action of Afro Samurai, don’t you think?
